Editorial Policy & Content Standards

Last reviewed: 24 August 2026

TowMigo publishes practical automotive safety information alongside its roadside-assistance services. This page explains who creates that information, how it is checked, and how readers can request a correction.

1. Purpose and audience

Our knowledge-center articles help Indian motorists make safer decisions before, during, and after a breakdown. They explain preparation, roadside safety, towing methods, pricing factors, and questions to ask a service provider. Articles are educational and do not replace a vehicle owner’s manual, emergency services, law-enforcement instructions, or advice from a qualified mechanic.

2. How articles are produced

The TowMigo Automotive Safety Editorial Team drafts content from recurring customer questions, operational experience, manufacturer guidance, and authoritative public-safety sources. A second team member checks clarity, internal consistency, safety caveats, contact information, and whether commercial statements are supportable before publication.

3. Accuracy and updates

Every guide displays a publication or review date. We revisit articles when equipment guidance, service details, public emergency information, or our own processes change. Arrival times, availability, and prices are never guaranteed by an article; current details must be confirmed with dispatch for the specific location and vehicle.

4. Originality and sources

We publish material written for TowMigo readers rather than copying or lightly rewriting other websites. When a safety or technical point depends on an external authority, we link to the relevant government, manufacturer, or primary source when practical. Product and company names remain the property of their owners.

5. Advertising independence

Advertising does not determine article conclusions or service recommendations. Ads, if enabled after publisher approval, are delivered separately from editorial content and must not be styled as navigation, emergency controls, or service-booking buttons. Sponsored material will be clearly labeled before publication.

6. Corrections and feedback

If you find a factual error, unsafe instruction, broken source, or unclear commercial statement, email support@towmigo.com with the article URL and the issue. We review credible reports and make corrections directly on the article. Significant corrections will be reflected in the reviewed date or a correction note.
