The Gold Standard for Vehicle Safety
Certain vehicles demand a higher level of care. Our hydraulic flatbed fleet is specifically designed to transport these valuable assets without risking any damage to the drivetrain, suspension, or bodywork.
Luxury & Sports Cars
For vehicles with low ground clearance like a BMW, Mercedes, or Porsche, a flatbed is non-negotiable. Our low-angle loading prevents any bumper or undercarriage scrapes.
Electric Vehicles (EVs)
EVs like the Tata Nexon EV or MG ZS EV have sensitive battery packs and electric motors. Flatbed towing ensures no stress is placed on these components during transit.
All-Wheel Drive (AWD)
Towing an AWD or 4x4 vehicle with wheels on the ground (wheel-lift) can cause severe, expensive damage to the transmission and differential. A flatbed is the only safe option.
Vintage & Exotic Cars
For irreplaceable classic cars or high-value exotics, we offer both open and enclosed flatbed carriers for maximum protection from road debris and weather.
Accident Recovery
After an accident, a vehicle's wheels may be locked or misaligned. Our flatbeds can safely winch and load damaged vehicles without causing further issues.
Intercity Car Transport
For intercity transport, confirm carrier availability, loading method, tracking, transit time, and applicable insurance or liability terms.
How Flatbed Towing Works: The Safest Method
A flatbed carries all four wheels off the road once the vehicle is loaded. The correct loading and transport method still depends on manufacturer guidance, approved recovery points, clearance, wheel condition, and securement.
- Low-Angle Loading: Our operator hydraulically tilts the flatbed to create a gentle ramp. For very low sports cars, we use additional extender ramps to ensure your bumper and underbody have zero risk of scraping.
- Winching or Driving On: If the vehicle is drivable, it is carefully driven up the ramp. If it's disabled or non-running, a powerful electric winch with a soft nylon strap is attached to the vehicle's designated tow hook to pull it smoothly onto the bed.
- 4-Point Securement: This is the most critical step. We use high-strength, soft-nylon wheel straps to secure each of the four tires to the bed. We NEVER attach hooks to your car's frame or suspension components, which can cause alignment issues and damage.
- Transit & Handover: Confirm securement, tracking options, destination contact, and the insurance or liability terms that apply to the booking.
When is Flatbed Towing Absolutely Necessary?
While flatbed towing is the best option for any car, it is mandatory for certain types to prevent catastrophic damage. You must request a flatbed tow truck if you have:
- All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or 4x4 Vehicles: Towing these with two wheels on the ground can destroy the center differential and transmission, leading to repairs costing lakhs.
- Electric Vehicles (EVs): All EVs must be flat-bedded to protect the under-floor battery and prevent damage to the electric drive motors, which are not designed to spin freely while being towed.
- Luxury & Sports Cars: Low ground clearance, expensive alloy wheels, and complex suspension systems make flatbed towing the only safe choice.
- Automatic Transmission Vehicles (Rear-Wheel Drive): Towing a RWD automatic car from the front with the rear wheels on the ground can damage the transmission, as it's not being properly lubricated while spinning.
- Accident-Damaged Vehicles: If the wheels are locked, steering is broken, or there is significant body damage, a flatbed with a winch is the only way to move the vehicle without causing more harm.
Long Distance & Interstate Car Carrier Service

Transparent Flatbed Pricing
Flatbed towing is a premium service that protects your investment. The cost is slightly higher than standard towing but is a fraction of the cost of potential repairs from improper transport.
1. Equipment Surcharge
Flatbed trucks are more expensive to own and operate than standard tow trucks, so a fixed surcharge is included in the base fare.
2. Total Distance (KMs)
The total distance from your breakdown spot to your requested drop-off location determines the per-kilometer rate after the base fare.
3. Loading Complexity
If a vehicle is in a difficult-to-reach location (e.g., a tight basement or off-road) and requires extensive winching, a small labor charge may apply.
4. Time of Day
Late-night and midnight towing operations (between 11 PM and 6 AM) may incur a slight night-dispatch surcharge for operator safety.

A flatbed carries all four wheels off the road and is commonly required for some AWD, EV, low-clearance, or damaged vehicles. The owner's manual and the vehicle's actual condition should determine the loading and towing method.
Yes, flatbed towing typically has a slightly higher base rate due to the specialized, more expensive equipment and the extra time required for secure loading. However, this premium is a small price to pay to prevent thousands of rupees in potential damage to your vehicle's drivetrain or chassis.
Tell dispatch the vehicle's ground clearance and any body modifications. The available provider should confirm the deck angle, ramps, loading path, and approved recovery points before moving the vehicle; no towing method can promise zero risk.
Coverage and carrier-liability terms vary by provider and booking. Ask for the applicable documents, exclusions, limits, and handover process in writing before loading.
Yes. Our flatbeds are equipped with powerful winches that can carefully pull a non-running, disabled, or even severely damaged vehicle onto the truck bed. This is the safest way to recover a car after an accident.
