By accessing and using the TowMigo application, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

TowMigo provides a platform to connect users requiring emergency roadside assistance, towing, battery jump-starts, tire changes, EV charging, and fuel delivery with independent service providers ("Technicians"). We facilitate the booking and payment but are not a transportation carrier ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate location and vehicle details.
• Ensure you have the legal right to authorize towing or services for the vehicle.
• Remain in a safe location while waiting for the assigned technician.
• Not use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

4. Pricing and Payments

Estimated prices are provided before you confirm a booking based on the service type and distance. Final prices may vary if the actual situation differs significantly from the provided details (e.g., vehicle is stuck in a ditch requiring winch-out). Payment must be completed via the app, website, or authorized methods upon service completion.

5. Limitation of Liability

TowMigo coordinates requests with independent service providers and does not itself operate every attending vehicle. Before approving dispatch, review the provider identity, service scope, equipment, price, and any insurance or liability terms supplied for that booking. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by the applicable booking terms and law; nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Modifications to Terms

TowMigo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
