Towing and Roadside Assistance (RSA) pricing in India can vary based on several real-time factors. At TowMigo, we use an automated dispatch and pricing system to calculate a fair, transparent rate before we even send a truck. Here is how your final towing cost is determined:
Distance & Per-KM Rate
The primary factor is the distance from your breakdown location to your chosen drop-off point (e.g., your home or a service center). We charge a fixed base dispatch fee that covers the first few kilometers, followed by a transparent per-kilometer rate.
Vehicle & Equipment Type
A standard hatchback requires a basic wheel-lift tow truck, while luxury sedans, SUVs, and Electric Vehicles (EVs) strictly require a specialized hydraulic Flatbed Tow Truck to prevent chassis damage. Flatbed towing carries a slightly higher premium due to the specialized equipment.
Extraction & Winch-Outs
If your vehicle is stuck in a deep ditch, mud, sand, or has severely locked wheels following an accident, standard loading is impossible. We must deploy complex winching and extraction methods (RSR), which involves specialized rigging and carries an additional labor charge.
Night / Emergency Dispatch
We operate 24/7. However, emergency dispatches in the dead of night (typically between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM) or during severe weather events (heavy monsoons/floods) may incur a small night-time safety surcharge for our operators.
Cashless Towing & Corporate Fleet Billing
We understand that vehicle breakdowns are unexpected expenses. That is why TowMigo supports Cashless Insurance Towing for drivers whose motor insurance policies include a Roadside Assistance (RSA) rider. When you call us, inform our dispatcher about your insurance provider. If eligible, we will coordinate directly with the insurance company for billing, allowing you to get rescued without paying out of pocket.

If you cancel your request before a tow truck or technician is dispatched, there is absolutely no charge. However, if a technician is already en route and nearing your location, a nominal 'Dry Run Fee' may apply to compensate our operator for the fuel and time spent.
